IPTW 2007 Frederick, Maryland: Dr. Gerard C.J. Lynch and the Creation of the Frederick Medallion
In conjuction with IPTW 2007 in Frederick, Maryland, Dr. Gerard CJ Lynch created a carved brick Medallion representing the Frederick Town Seal. The Medallion was presented to the Frederick Tourism Bureau.
