Vermont Granite Museum and Stone Arts School
The Mission of the Vermont Granite Museum is to preserve, honor, and showcase Vermont's granite heritage. The Museum vision is to serve as a museum that draws people to Barre and engages a broader community through hands-on experience, outreach, and education.  Our vision includes building a collection and creating displays that celebrate stone art, trades, and manufactured stone product. The Mission of the Stone Arts School is to become North America's premier source of information and education for stone arts, trades, and manufacturing.

Historic Windsor, Inc. and the Preservation Education Institute
Historic Windsor was formed in 1971 when a group of citizens, motivated by a common interest in historic preservation, joined together to prevent the demolition of Windsor House in Windsor, Vermont. The Preservation Education Institute is a division of Historic Windsor, Inc. Formed in 1982 to provide training in historic preservation skills for building professionals, its mission has expanded to provide training for property owners, preservation professionals, and people who "love old buildings."

Granite City Tool
Granite City Tool Company of Vermont began in the famous granite manufacuring center, Barre, Vermont, in 1885, and has operated there continuously since, supplying granite tools, and stone tools to a wide variety of industries. Now in the third generation of same-family ownership and operation, Granite City Tool Company of Vermont is an international distributor of granite tools, stone tools and monument supplies for the fabrication of stone for construction, monumental, restoration and landscaping.

Harpoon Brewery
Harpoon Brewery is an American microbrewery, with plants in Boston, Massachusetts and Windsor, Vermont. Founded in 1986, the brewery was the first company to obtain a permit to manufacture and sell alcohol in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in over 25 years. In 2000 it purchased the former Catamount Brewery plant in Windsor. Harpoon has played an important part in the rebirth of the microbrewery system in the United States. The brewery is best known for its Harpoon India Pale Ale. It brews five other year-round beers: the original Harpoon Ale, the award-winning Munich Dark, UFO Hefeweizen, UFO Raspberry Hefeweizen, and Harpoon Brown, its latest creation.

The Timber Framers Guild
The Timber Framers Guild is a non-profit educational membership association dedicated to the craft of timber framing. The Guild serves as a center of timber frame information and design for the professional and the general public. The Timber Framers Guild offers learning and fellowship through workshops, publications and conferences. There are also opportunities for adventure, education and camaraderie through community service building projects in many lands.
